Nadia Refae and Feras Shaheen as Co-Directors of the 2026 Hobiennale

We’re thrilled to announce the appointment of Nadia Refaei (@nadiarefaei) and Feras Shaheen (@fezshaheen) as Co-Directors of the 2026 Hobiennale!

Nadia and Feras will lead the return of Nipaluna’s beloved ARI festival, bringing their shared vision of the Hobiennale as a space for responsive, critical practice and vibrant community engagement.

We can’t wait to introduce you to Nadia and Feras over the coming days — stay tuned!

Constance ARI works across Country cared for by the Palawa of Lutruwita and the Tasmanian Aboriginal Community.
