Kinetic Connections

Kinetic-Connections-Instagram-Post-1

Kinetic Connections is a celebration of movement and story through dance. From seaside Colombia to the far north of India to the streets of Tokyo, this immersive new performance explores the connections we share across cultures and histories.

Dancers Risa Muramatsu Ray, Maira Rodriguez and Nova A Chowdhury, along with videographer Ursula Woods and stage designer, Edith Perrenot, have come together to collaborate on this performance which is designed for people of all ages to enjoy.

Kinetic Connections incorporates traditional cultural dances, contemporary interpretations and videos to collectively tell a triumphant  story about the willpower of women to be strong and free.

Join us at Moonah Arts Centre one hour before the performance begins for light refreshments, provided by locally-based caterers.
